  • Make sure your camera can be powered on to perform this action.
  • On the Devices page, tap on your camera or tap the Gear icon to go to the Device Settings page.
  • To remove the camera, tap Remove Device at the bottom, and then make sure you do it twice. 
  • Your TP-Link account will be closed, and the camera will be returned to its original configuration.
  • Do not run camera after power-on, wait 10 minutes and try to reset it again.
